so how do I sync folders when its gone?

I read about Edge Rover being discontinued but not WD Discovery.
I can’t find where it says it now! maybe i dreamed it.!
I have installed it, (i have a new pc) the right click on files does not show a ‘sync’ that now 2 pc’s with sync & 2 pc’s without sync!
