Dericam wireless cameras to cloud

Are you using My Cloud device or My Cloud Home?
If you have My Cloud device, you have to confirm from the user manual whether your Dericam allows saving the video to NAS device by FTP as mostly surveillance system allows uploading or saving of video in NAS by FTP feature. If it supports, you can enable the FTP access of My Cloud from its dashboard.
Otherwise, My Cloud Home does not support FTP feature.
