Default Jumper Settings for WD15EADS

Hello,

I recently purchased a new WD15EADS HDD. I just want to get an elaboration on what the Default Jumper settings are.

Following this PDF, there is a “Default 1” or a “Default 2”: http://www.wdc.com/en/library/eide/2579-001037.pdf. Does anyone know which Disk this one is? I mainly want to know what this Jumper 7 & 8 option is for Windows XP only. The disk physically says on it, “Windows XP, single partition - set jumpers 7-8 prior to installation or use WD Align SW”
