Hello! I have a MyCloud that came with some upgrades to SmartWare Pro. I need to format a hard drive on one of my computers. How can I deauthorize SmartWare Pro on it so I can upgrade it again? Thanks!
Contact technical support, they can de-authorize the license so you can use it on another PC.
Did you read the information provided under the Help tab and then under Settings?
Under Settings you check the box to automatically check for updates. You can use the Check Now button to check immediately.
