Hi there…I am hoping someone can advise please. I have a WD My Book-Studio 3 or 4 TB external Hard Drive which I use to store photographic images on. It’s one of several I have attached to my IMAC computer and I use it in order to ensure the my computer runs as freely as possible. I also regard it as a safe manner in which to both store and access images.
Now I’m in a fix as the Drive won’t respond in any way. It’s utterly dead and I can’t even recall the total size of it. I can’t access it or give it a kiss of life in any way. Thats why I’m not entirely sure how big it is. I have contacted several data recovery outfits but they are all talking big bucks to get this show back on the road.
Any advice or help please ?
