Date Created / Modified is all wrong. Going crazy

Hi,
I cant find a solution to this huge problem. Date created is set to the time when I backup the sd card instead than keeping the original. Date modified is wrong too.

I formatted the unit to Mac Os journaled hoping it would solve it but I still have the same problem.
