Database updating message over a week

I have My Cloud Ex2 Ultra. It was updated to OS 5 Firmware 5.13.115. It is migrating database for over a week now and I can’t access it. I have done several support chat but nothing gets done. Anyone has idea what seems to be wrong. When I clik on firmware for update it gives the message “Unable to connect to the firmware update server. Please check the network connection and try again”

@himshah Have you tried performing a 4/40 second reset to My Cloud EX2 Ultra device?
