Hi,

Is there any WD authorised service provider who can help me in recovering the data in Dubai/UAE?

All of a sudden there was blue screen and drive was not detecting in CMOS.

Tried to connect with a SATA port to a laptop externally and all the directories were available and was unable to copy (in the first instance only) and then that system also got hanged.

please help.
