Data recovered yet unreadable. Any solution?

Hi,

I managed to recover data from MyCloud Ex2 failed drives by using Ibeesoft.com Recovery Software.
I partly moved it to cloud.

The files seem to be OK, no name changes.

However, they can’t be read when I try to open them on my desktop or Android smartphone.

Anyone had to deal with this ?
