Data it´s not accessible

Hi All
I login without any problem to my cloud home using a browser.
When I click on the left menu the option “Files & Folders” the message bellow appears:
“Update in progress
We´ve made some big improvements to My Cloud Home. As pert of this process your device is:
Completely rebuilding and improving how your content is stored
Performing a series of reboots. Please do not unplug your device from power
This may take a while. Your content is kept safe and sound during this process”
The problem is that this message appears for the last two weeks. It´s seamt that the upgrade process is not moving forward…
How can I cancel or finish the upgrade process?
How can I retrieve my data?

Can you access it through the app? If so, then there must be an issue with the browser interface and may need to clear browser cache and try again.

Thanks for your support. Browser and app have the same problem. Now, after rebooting a couple of time, a database recovery start, but never ends.
How can I finish this process and finally access to my data?

Sorry, this is beyond my limited expertise and will need a mod to help direct you to a solution. I do hope this gets resolved and when it does if you could please update this forum on the outcome as it will help the next person.

I am getting the same issue and unable to connect to the drive. Update in Progress with the big message. its been there for at least 6 weeks now.

Can someone please help ?
