Hi Guys

Does naybody have issues trying to access the dashboard… it seems not to like chrome as of java and when i try firefox etc… I get a load of security messages…

any help would be appreciated… thanks

Open up your desktop My Cloud app and look to see what address is showing. Then close that and right click on the Dashboard icon►Properties then the Web Document tab and see if the addresses match. If not change the address to match the My Cloud app and Apply that plus click OK. Then try to open your Dashboard. See image below.
