My dashbord insits my pasword is invalid!
I cant reach my settings.
Is the LED on the front of the NAS blue? Can you access the shares from the network explorer?

Did you run the setup software that allows you to create the first admin account?
What are you seeing?
This asking for network user name and password,
or this, asking for My Cloud user name and password?

Yes, it working 2 days, I create two more accounts, and I delete the first one,
no cd in by box with wdcloud hdd

Try the reset procedures with the reset button at the back of the unit. Follow the instructions from the user manual.
I try reset devices , but is nothing, when I refresh page in chrome, I take piture with form user name and password, this userform show 1sec and disappears

yes I try, chrome, mozila, safari, explorer, still nothing
there is no cure, tomorrow I will change it for a new device
