Dashboard launches to blank page after update to latest version. Running on Windows 10 Pro 64bit 2004. Are there any solutions ?

You can try the new -disable-gpu command line option.
This does not solve the issue for many users though, although it should work for some. We are still trying to find a solution for other users. If you could contact tech support they can collect some additional debugging information and forward to the developers.

I have a different problem.
Can’t install / update Western Digital SSD Dashboard.
The window “uknown error (0x2eff): lista_updater.xml” pops up.
That error indicates a network problem when attempting to perform the update. If you contact tech support than can walk you through some troubleshooting steps, like checking network connection, disabling firewall, etc.
I tested it. The network works OK, the firewall was turned off, it does not help.
I have changed my internet operator, so it solved the issue. Try by another internet operator.
