Recently one of the 2 internal HDD’s in my EX2 crapped out, but wasn’t reporting a failed drive until I reset the EX2.
Now it will report a red LED for the bad drive, but as soon as I reconnect a USB external drive to the EX2 the dashboard (and drive) become unresponsive and I can’t connect to either. As soon as I remove the external drive and restart the EX2, everything goes back to normal.
When the external is connected, the power LED continuously blinks blue.
The external drive works fine when connecting to a laptop, so I don’t think that’s the issue.
Not really sure where else to check.
