Dashboard (UI) not visible anymore AND ssh is disabled

Which reset have you tried? The 4 second reset, or the 40 second reset. Or both?

Beyond that, if you haven’t got SSH access, there’s not much you can do. If the device is still operating as a file server, it’s likely that the Apache web server has crashed. If the firmware update checker is still running, and you had auto-update enabled, it might pick up the next firmware release, which might force an Apache restart. Far too many ‘mights’ in that suggestion for my liking.

There are other things to try, like forcing a page refresh on the Dashboard page in your browser, or trying to access the Dashboard via the IP address, rather than the name.

After that, you may be looking at ‘unbricking’.

But try the 40 second reset if you haven’t already.
