Dashboard Offline

Hi! The dashboard of my My Cloud EX2 12TB suddenly went offline. I have tried this so far:

  • 4 seconds reset (twice)
  • Modem reset . (twice)
  • Laptops and phone reset

The 3 lights at the front of my EX2 are steady blue and I can access my files via macOS finder and Windows 10…

…but no Dashboard. Is there any way to get it back?

SOLVED: I logged into the router and found out that EX2’s IP address has changed… Using the new IP address solved the problem… I don’t know what caused it though. Thank you so much for your help!
