Got it today… Initially connected to the dashboard, It was still slow though, tried to update the fiirmwar manually to 2.4.1 but it timed out. after that i had issues connecting to the dashboard again. ITs showing up on the router dashboard. however i cant connect to the my cloud dashboard at all.
Tried both reset methods with no change.
Unsure what to do! please help.
If this was new, return it. If it’s used and you can’t return it, make sure you are following the correct procedure doing the resets. The reset should work and allow you access to the dashboard.
Do you have the EX2 or the EX2 Ultra (they have different firmware).
