Hi everyone.
I’ve attached my device directed in my computer (in order to search for a solve). Any time I try to login in the dashboard the process fails. After I insert my username and password the dashboard immediately starts to be load and the general menu is presented. But the loading has been never finished and the browser goes back to the login page without any warning.
Is my device definitely damaged?

What specific My Cloud model do you have?
Have you tried a 4 second or 40 second reset?

Yes, I’ve tried 4 second reset fisrt. No result, so I tried the 40s reset. After the resets the dashboard started to loading. Before them It wasn’t working anyway.
My Model is the 60HWT-10.
