Dashboard not detecting MyCloud

Successfully installed OS5 (though, curiously, the stepwise instructions were blank).

Was able to connect to MyCloud to Win10, can access the browser based Dashboard via IP address.

But the Dashboard app says it doesn’t detect the MyCloud.

Thoughts?
