Dashboard misreporting Capacity Values

Dashboard is misreporting Capacity Values. I have 1.03 GB of photos in a Shared Pictures folder, but the Capacity value for photos is 0 GB. I am using a 2015 MacBook Pro running MacOS 10.13.4 (current) and firmware, v04.05.00-320 (current). Is there a way to force the display to update? I did see it update correctly once, but don’t know if I caused it or not.

Hav you got Cloud Access enabled? The capacity stats and thumbnails are only generated if cloud access is enabled. If it’s on, try turning it off and on again.

Thanks for the quick reply. I had just turned Cloud Access off. I have tried turning back on, but nothing seems to be happening. I got a message that the drive needed to be scanned, but I don’t know how long that should take. It’s been about 10 mins.
