Since I’ve updated to the latest firmare I can’t no longer access the dashboard. No matter if I press the remote button or the down arrow from the home menu.
Any suggestions?

You didn’t mention it, so I’ll ask: Have you tried rebooting the Hub? Pull the plug and plug it back in or select DEVICE RESTART from the Setup menus.
I have tried to unplug it but I’ve never hard boot it selecting the “Restart Option”.
What would happen to my media Library?
Try resetting the hub via the bottom paperclip switch. Press for about 1 second with the hub fully booted up. It should reboot, nothing should happen to your files.
You could also turn off your media library and then turn it back on again.
