Dashboard access forbidden

Hallo to All,
I have still a strange problem with my MyBookLive using an iMac:
before I upgraded to Firmware 02.11.09-053 the drive was working very good, but now:

  • in WD Quick View I can see all information
  • until now I was able to aceess the drive as a “guest” and see & edit the files - (funny enought while writing this message MBL was disconnected from my iMac)
  • but starting Dashboard I get always the message “Access forbidden…”
    Does anybody has an idea what is wrong?

Not sure what you are doing wrong.  You may try a reset, holding its reset button for 4 seconds, this will not affect the data.  You may also try using other browser, or computer, to compare results.
