Customer support is terrible

ok so I have issues with customer service. yesterday, I called because my drive was offline most of the time… so helped me to create and restore the links, which seemed to work, until it didn’t. he was amazing… took the time. he said to call back if i still experience issues. so i call again today… for the customer service guy to tell me to just reset… i’ve reset my device like 15 times in 4 days… that isn’t normal… and so his advice, rather than helping me to troubleshoot… buy a new one… but before i do, back up my back up…

i bought this device to be my back up, the firmware broke my backup! what drives me nuts is his ways of troubleshooting is back up your back up, and buy a new WD device! really! he frankly didn’t care and he really shouldn’t be in customer service with the attitude he gave me…

Details can include things like; My Cloud model, My Cloud firmware version (found on Dashboard), if upgrading to new firmware from what version to what version, what computer or device you are using and trying to back up from, what software/program/app you are using to access the My Cloud to copy/backup/receive/stream data.
