Customer Care Number is always saying Members are Busy , even i have tried from 10 pm to 6 am continuously with one call.

Hi I suggest taking the drive to a courier and ship it . Why are you waiting for someone to come pick it up you have your rma number go and ship the drive. You can also do a advanced rma if you choose they will send you the drive and give you 30 days to send the old one back.
