Current pending sector warning on a recently bought HDD

Hello,

I bought an external HDD 3 weeks ago but CrystalDiskInfo shows me a warning.

What does it mean ? What should I do ? Can I fix it ?

Find your drive at WD and look in the downloads for Digital Lifeguard and run that.
