If a disk diagnostic shows an error like “Current Pending Sector Count = 0x403,” it means there are over a thousand unreadable sectors on your hard drive, indicating severe wear or imminent failure. Immediately back up your important data and consider replacing the drive.
Get CrystalDiskInfo and post a screenshot as I can read the data
Move all of the files from the disk at issue. Download Seatools 5 which works on all brands of disk and SSD fine. Run the short diagnostic. If there is an error do not fret. Select the erase disk option and do a complete zero wipe of the disk which will allow the disk to handle the pending sectors.
Once done partition and format the disk as refurbished. Make redundant copies of important files.
