the problem is , when i try to backup server 2012 to my nas with a script

WBADMIN START BACKUP -backupTarget:“\172.16.18.100\Public\resqlserver\lunes” -include:c:,d: -allCritical -vssFull -quiet

in server 2008 works but in server 2012

the system sees it only do the backup if the destination disk its ntfs,

someone have any trick
