Crystal Disk and MY Book 3TB

Am using Windows 8.1 and Crystal Disk and Crystal Disk is only reporting on my Hitachi internal hard drive.

It doesnt show my  MY BOOK 3TB external hard drive.

Any suggestions?

Have you tried using a different USB port.

Is the computer detecting the drive properly?
