Critical error on my storeage and i need my data urgent

Dear \ ALL
i face big issues and i need your support , i access my cloud and i didn’t find my data totally and folders and i found critical notification appear as the following ,
first : Power loss detected Unsafe Device Removal A USB device (vendor: TOSHIBA, model: External_USB_3_0, serial number: 20170119014590F) was removed without being ejected possibly affecting data on External_USB_3_0. Sunday, 2018 July 08, 7:31:32 AM Code:1123
second Volume degraded Volume Degraded Volume 1 degraded. Please check status of drive by running Disk Test in Settings >> Utilities. Sunday, 2018 July 08, 5:27:23 AM Code:208
third: Volume Failure The data volume 1 on the drive is not accessible. Contact WD Support. Sunday, 2018 July 08, 5:30:35 AM Code:4
