Creating music playlist with win10 and media player

I have a cambridge audio cxn(v2) and a ex2 ultra NAS. I have a 5000 song collection with a few different playlists originally created with MEDIA PLAYER and then used GROOVE. Groove had many difficulties so I switched back to MEDIA PLAYER when I added more songs and updated playlists. Now some playlists seem to have disappeared. Would like to continue updating my music but am concerned I will lose playlists again. Question: when I open MUSIC in MEDIA PLAYER and sort by TITLE I see duplicates of each song. When I right click to Properties one version is located in MYCLOUDULTRAEX2 and the other version is located in IP address 10.0.0.231. Why two versions? Is this the backup on the second drive or what?

Let me rephrase my question. When I look at my music with Media Player I find all my songs are duplicated. One copy is in location\10.0.0.231\Public\Shared Music\ and another in \MYCLOUDEX2ULTRA\Public\Shared Music. Do I really have 2 copies in my NAS, and if so what is the difference and should I delete one copy of all 500 songs? Which one?
