Crashed after update firmware - Someone can help me?

Sorry my English… so… My Cloud worked perfectly, but after I did update firmware, its stop works … I make download wd_access.exe and installed this… I can see my cloud, ip internal is 192.168.200.46 … But , i Cant login in…!
I make reset …
1)With the power COMPLETELY DISCONNECTED" press the reset button for 4 secs or 40 secs and in my case after then reconnecting the power the drive booted and informed me “Factory Rest Successful”

…but still frozen!

when I tryed access in browser, just show this icon(image), not appears the option to put user and password…
I cant access with ssh too…

What firmware version are you upgrading from? What color is the LED on the front of the My Cloud? Did you “unbrick” your My Cloud at some point in the past?

I did the upgrade in dashboard off my cloud, i just clicked in the buttom “upgrade your my cloud”. the led color is blue… I not did the unbrick , i am a comum user… when i try access in browser, the page is blank With /ui … 192.168.200.46/ui …
