Cox WiFi reports my MyCloud Home Duo as being "unsafe"

My internet & WiFi is provided by Cox Comm. Their app almost daily reports they have blocked threats from known malicious web sites, and that I need to “take action”. They offer three suggestions: rebooting the device, updating the device’s software or quarantining the device. I’m pretty sure this is a bogus threat (because I have been getting it ever since I enabled Cox Advanced Security and nothing bad has happened). I have rebooted the device several times, have done any updates that WD Discovery announced and run virus and malware scans regularly. Is there a security problem in the MyCloud Home Duo software/firmware? Am I safe in disregarding this constant warning from my ISP? Thanx.
