Couldn't configure manual date & time

Continuing the discussion from Firmware: v04.00.01-623: Manual date & time:

same problem with 4TB MyCloud, even after firmware update to v4.04.02-105 :frowning:
I’ve set the NTP Service to OFF and configure manual Date & Time,
after press SAVE, there’s “Updating” indicator at top of page, but date & time not set correctly :frowning:

Try to see if restarting the unit helps, also try to reset the unit in case this does not help. Check this link to see if this is helpful:
