Couldn't access the drive after change of user account

I am using WD MyCloudEX2 Ultra. While trying to update the firmware to OS 5, for some reason it didn’t allow me to use existing login, then I created a new account.

Now the device is linked to the new account and all my files are gone in MyCloud. Also I am unable to access the drive in locally, said “G:\ is not accessible. The user name or password is incorrect”. Is there a way to link the device to my old account in order for me to retrieve all the files? Thanks!
