Couldn't able to view the content of external hard drive

Dear friends,

                            My WD Elements 600 gb external hard drive consits of around 570gb of data. Apart from 20gb of data I am not able to view the rest. I tried enabling hidden folders also but of no use. Do I need to contact WD service center or any data recovery center? Can I reuse my hard drive ? Any solution would be highly appreciated .

First try checking the drive status under disk mangement. Also try to search for a specific file that is missing under the search bar of win explorer.

Thank you for the solution . when I check that the drive status is shown as helathy under disk management. when i try searching for a specific file, few files i could able to see in search window. But I dont know the names of each and every existing file to search like this .
