Have I referred you to this thread yet?  If it does not work to solve your problems, I would guess it is master browser or a WIndows PC config that is bunged somewhere along the way.  Don’t try to do this until you have freshly rebooted your entire network system back to the modem, etc.  That should solve any master browser issue for the time being.  Good luck.
