After I mapped my PR4100 on my new Dell XPS 8930, it shows only half the capacity that it should. I have the 32TB NAS, Raid 1, so it should show in windows 10 that I have 16TB. But, it only shows 8TB. My MacBook Pro shows it properly, though. How can I rectify this??

Have you checked the capacity on dashboard?
Open your Dashboard and check how much capacity does it shows.

Yes, and it shows 2.72TB used, 13.1TB available.
