Copying Folders cannot be Merged

I have thousands or 10’s of thusands of files I back up on 2 devices.  With WD products, it does not allow you to Merge folders as in Windows in File Explorer.

Why is WD still in the 20th century when it comes to electronics/programming?  If someone has so many files, they should be able to copy and merge when prompted (yes/no) instead of automatically stopping the copying process.  WD expects me to copy individual files through hundreds, if not thousand of subfolders and place on MYCloud?

If this is not a quick fix, it will be time to jumpp ship and go elsewhere for my storage needs.  Please wake up WD, is it something I did or something with WD products?

Thanks.

How are you trying to merge the folders?

Are you using the WD desktop app (don’t, unless you’re accessing remotely), or have you mapped the MyCloud into your file system (the preferred method)?

With the MyCloud mapped into Windows, I can do on the mycloud whatever I can do on any other disk, _ using File Explorer _.
