Copying files or folders over 2GB is disabled

Hi, when I want to pass a 3.6 GB video iphone or ipad to My Cloud will not let me because it says that "copying files or folders over 2GB is disabled

Are you copying files locally or remotely? Can you upload a screenshot of this error message?

Iā€™ve just copied a 15+ GB folder ā€˜treeā€™ onto our mycloud, so thatā€™s outā€¦

How did you try to transfer your files ? Some comms programs hide limitsā€¦

I try to export the video from the photo native app of the iPhone or iPad, clicking in the export buttom, wich offers me to use ā€œMy Cloudā€ to transfer it to My booklive
