Copy Plex Metadata

I currently have Plex Media Server running on a PC and the media is stored on MCM. I just installed Plex on MCM to test it out. If it works OK is there a way to copy all of my metadata from my PC to MCM so it doesn’t have to rematch and download all of the thumbnails again?

I have 1,000+ movies and about that many TV episodes so it will take a long time to match & download all of that metadata.
