Copy Mac "photos album" to My Cloud failed

Hi, I’ve been trying hardly to copy my photos library (from mac app) file (it’s s single file, more than 80 GB) to MY CLOUD, but has never been successful, I don’t know why, is it too big?? or My Cloud has some limits about the single file?

The Finder can’t complete the operation because some data in “Photos Library” can’t be read or written (Error code -36)
