Copy between my Cloud 3TB and external drive

Hi,

Just have an external HD enclosure (CineRaid, 2 bays, usb 3.0) attached to the my cloud 3TB version’s USB port.  Under my cloud dashboard, it is detected without problem and I can access in windows (8.1) folder exploer.  However, I CAN"T copy or create antyhing from my local drive or from my cloud drive.  When I set up safepoint, the attached drive can be seen without problem.  But, when I try to create safepoint, it failed again.   Any solution??

The SP won’t let you target the drive connected to itself. It has to be another drive on your network.
