I have two small suggestions. 1. add option to copy the files from the external drive plugged into the WD My Book Duo. (menu option to add the www) 2… During streming film from the “My Book Live Duo” to the “WD TV Live Hub”. They are not sent subtitles (srt format). My video files are mt2s
