Converting G-RAID Thunderbolt 3 Drive 20TB to RAID 1

Having spent a lot of money on this drive, I am beginning to have regrets on buying it.
I have spent the best part of a day looking for the software to do this. ~Either when I found the software I get security alerts from the website downloads page or I a getting zero response from WD support.

I do not understand why WD cannot provide the drive as a RAID 1 drive and thereby saving a lot of hassle and trouble for everyone.

Does anyone have any idea where I might find the software to do this?

Did You get the software yet?
If not - I can put “G-RAID with Thunderbolt Configurator” for Mac to Dropbox or Google-Drive.

Could I have access to that as well please… I’ve just purchased a 12TB G RAID and can’t seem to split the RAID either.

Any help would be much appreciated.
