Convert 100% CPU fix in My Cloud EX2 v1.03.41 update?

Can someone comment or confirm if the issue that a lot of people are asking to be solve about the CPU running 100% continusly because of the “Convert” proccess has been solve in the firmware update 1.03.41.

I check the release notes and it seems they didn´t fix this.

Why didn´t WD fix the convert problem? 

  • Is it imposible to fix?

  • WD doesn´t think it a major problem?

  • They have other things that are more important?
