The activity light on my 3TB Passport flashes slowly (approx once a second) even when my XBox One S is turned off. I tried moving the plug to the other USB port but it still does it. Is this normal? Is it something I should be worried about? Help!!
Nothing to worry about. When the led flashes slowly it means that the drive is on stand by. Regarding the unit staying on while the xbox is off, this is due to some devices still provide power through the USB ports.
Thank you for a quick response. I’ve been an exclusive playstation user since they first came out. Their idea of backwards compatible is me having to buy digital copies of all the physical games I already have. That’s a big NOPE. Xbox One S is far and away the better console. Again, Thank You!
