I have updated the F/W but no change in status has occurred. I loaded MBL software onto a second computer and am experiencing the same issue on both computers. Any suggestions on resolution.
A few simple things to check.
First, is the MBL on it’s side? It’s got to be upright. Heat is removed by convection.
Second, put a thermometer near the MBL and tell us what the temperature of the room is near the MBL.
Third, what’s the noise level of your MBL? Reasonably quiet or quite noisy?
