Continuous Backup not working after Windows 10 upgrade

I upgraded from Window 7 to Window 10 about a week ago.  Since the upgade, I have files that have not been backed up to My Cloud.  I have the settings set to do continuous backups, so the file I’m using as a guinea pig (an .mp3 file) is not located on My Cloud.

Has anyone else expeienced this, or is it something unique to my setup and/or Windows 10?  Let me know, thanks.

Have you tried uninstalling then reinstalling the backup software?

I can certainly do that, but is this a “known” issue post-Windows 10 upgrade?  I honestly thought I wouldn’ve seen much more about this issue in the forums, but have not seen much at all to date.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the software seems to have done the trick.  Thanks much for the good tip!
