Content Scan Error & Missing

HELP PLEASE…

I am getting the following info when i log into my cloud …

I cant see any files any more …

Not used device for a little while and gutted that all my pics etc GONE …

Any help greatly appreciated

Have you tried a resetting the unit? If not, please try running a 4 seconds reset.

What’s a 4 seconds reset? (Sorry for a stupid question).

Press and hold in the reset button on the back of the My Cloud for four seconds.
