Content info not downloading from tvdb

Is anyone else having a problem getting content info? Its not downloading at all for about 4-5 days when i manually do it doesn’t find the tv show at all or it comes up and i select it the show but it won’t find any content. I have this one bty http://www.wdc.com/en/products/products.aspx?id=330
